Deerwood Park is an established, safe and secure, gated community located in Piney Creek, North Carolina and is one of North Carolina's premier mountain living destinations.  We are located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains and consist of five sub-divisions that include Deerwood Park, The Enclave, The Ridge, The Woodlands and Rock Creek. Our mission statement is to govern, maintain the common areas, promote beneficial community relationships among the residents, enforce the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and to encourage Owners to maintain their property in an attractive manner so as to promote the value of the homes. 

HOA Board meetings began in June 2008 and are being held routinely.  Any HOA related comments or input from the owners will be appreciated.  You can do this by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link.

The Board's desire is to ensure that Deerwood Park continues to be a wonderful neighborhood to visit, live in, and invest in, and at the same time, ensure that costs are also kept as low as possible.  The Board members have been working diligently to facilitate just that.
